The client - an international hospitality company needed planning and technical implementation services to upgrade the workstations, network and communications of 300+ hospitality locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Each site upgrade consisted of a hardware and communications upgrade followed by implementation of the software and 2 days of User training and support.

UCA provided a dedicated Project Management Team for this project who performed scheduling, status updates (reports and meetings), documentation, customer feedback surveys etc.
UCA Implementation Engineers were provided as per the project schedule. This flexibility was required as there was frequently down time between implementations. UCA’s approach considerably decreased the project cost.
