UCA Co-Sponsors CA Workload Automation Technical Summit

UCA Services, Inc. sponsored CA’s first Workload Automation Technical Summit at the JW Marriott in New Orleans. This two-and a-half day event (Jan 27th to January 30th 2008) provided attendees with unique insight into what CA customers and partners are doing to optimize the business value delivered by investments in workload automation.

During the conference there were thought-provoking keynotes, interactive sessions on emerging industry trends, live product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and sessions on best practices and real-world strategies.

Representing UCA Services at the conference were Jalal Khan, Chief Information Officer and Bill Doty, Client Executive. Bill is a veteran visitor to New Orleans. This was Jalal’s first visit to “The big easy”.

Congratulations to the winner of our drawing for a 16Gb iPod Touch, Mr. Mallick S. Asked for a comment, Mallick stated that his daughter will really enjoy the iPod Touch! That’s what we call a selfless act of giving….

And finally on the lighthearted side, this conference was held 2 weeks before Mardi Gras. Imagine our surprise, when on the way to the Hotel from the airport, our taxi had to stop because of a Parade!
